Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has beautiful grounds and luxurious spa facilities, which made for a lovely escape. However, the dining experience was marred by inconsistent service and the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. Additionally, I encountered issues with my room upgrade that were disappointing given the hotel's price point.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The luxurious interiors and beautiful grounds made a lovely first impression, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The rooms were comfortable and well-presented, which was a plus. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, and I found the breakfast options lacking. Overall, there were some enjoyable experiences, but several areas could use significant improvement.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The facilities, especially the spa treatments, were a highlight, but the service and dining left much to be desired. While the room was spacious, it felt dated and was not worth the price we paid. Overall, it could have been a more enjoyable experience had the service matched the quality of the spa treatments and surroundings.
I had a wonderful time at this hotel, especially enjoying the stunning architecture and the exceptional spa services. The highlights were definitely the delicious afternoon tea and the beautiful grounds, although some areas could use a little maintenance. While the rooms are indeed spacious and comfortable, they do show signs of age. Overall, it’s a lovely place for a relaxing getaway with a few areas that could be improved.
My experience at Oulton Hall was a blend of highs and lows. The spa services and treatments were absolutely fantastic, but unfortunately, service issues and dining experiences left much to be desired. While the price for the stay was reasonable given the spa amenities, the dining and service aspects could use significant improvement.
